I always buy the geek squad protection on open box items as well as computer accessories!

I would never buy a product from Best Buy without their geek squad protection. I had a light blow out on an older tv & they had me with a new tv the same day in store. You can’t beat that kind of customer service.

I always buy a little extra warr. Have found geek help to be great, even if just for questions.

The plan isn't as good as it used to be. But it still works. I am upset at Best Buy, they are really going down. They got where they are with great customer service, which they don't do now.

My sole purpose for shopping Best Buy is The Geek Squad. They are Amazing. I am computer illiterate, When I bought my first laptop, an assistant went above and beyond to see that I got the best laptop at the best price for my needs. A few weeks later he was promoted to Geek Squad. Now I call I ask for him, he takes the time to explain whatever it is i need to know. His name is Teo, hes at the Selingsgrove Pa. Store. As long as Best Buy keeps GEEK SQUAD, ILL KEEP SHOPPING AT BEST BUY.

Always always get the extended warranty you never know what can happen and bestbuys always come through.

This saved me money in the end and unlike a lot of insurance it was used at point of purchase which made the transaction simple.

Smart purchase. Why not buy a warranty for a new tv

The geek squad know what they are doing and getting the extra protection plan is highly recommended in my book. I was working on my laptop on day, leaned over to grab something and it dropped out of my lap. The screen cracked on it, fortunately we purchased this extra layer of protection, took the laptop to the store and they fixed it right up. Great customer service.

Avoid the hassle and expense of buyi g a new tv. I had two tv fail after 3 years. Both were covered by the 5 year extended warranty and either fixed or replaced without any hassle. I bought a plasma tv 14 years ago and still works without issue. These LEDs are less reliable

I have always found the geek squad protection to be worth every penny. The sales people have always been courteous and accomodating!
