Getting started wasn't so bad. There were many downloads but I was able to get through a few of them. Still not finished with these setups just yet. I hope I don't need the Geek Squad, but if I do...

Do not Live without it. Do not Live without it. Do not Live without it. It is wonderful when you need it. Never get the Geek Squad warranty on a cell phone if you have trouble they only do factory reset. Unless you break it. Everything else Geek Squad is the only way to go.

It’s always nice to have that extra peace of mind for any of life’s unecpected moments. 5 years is definitely worth the extra cost.

I like the five year warranty my TV went bad and they're going to exchange it with no problems

I pick up this extended warranty you never know when it brake down and cover everything

peace of mind on the things you spend a ton of money on, never be sorry you got it if it is a bigger ticket item, the support and expertise of the Geek Squad is fantastic, always helpful, even if I ask dumb questions, lol, they treat you with respect.

worth the money. all electronics are made NOT TO LAST these days. usually about 3-4 yrs. so these warranties are excellent

We always buy the extended warranty from Best Buy. It always pays off for us. Incredible service after you get past the first round of questions.

Having insurance gives us some relief as the new TV we bought is in great quality and we want to make sure it can get fixed if something were to happen to it.

Very good deal on Best Buy. Wanted to get the 65 inch but we’re sold out . Very good TV with vivid color and budget friendly. Installed this for my kids bedroom. It has multiple gaming consoles hooked up to it. It’s a pleasure watching on this television so far. Wanted to get a Vizio but heard Vizio TVs we’re having problems and issues so instead decided to go with this.

I hesitate to purchase any insurance or services since I never use them. I have used this. I purchased two computers and they came to my house and transferred all my programs/documents and set up the screen the way I wanted. Since then I have called for help with an app and was helped over the phone.

I haven't used this protection, yet... I did use the same protection purchased on a similar LG TV. It was great. I'm not fond of TV shopping, and this fixed the TV in 1 home visit... the 1st time. TV works as usual now, and I don't have to spend $$s on a new one. It was worth the money.

I have had two large tvs break and been fortunate enough to have the geek squad protection. In one case the tv could not be fixed so I got what I spent for a new tv. In the other case they were able to fix it. I would give it 5 stars except that in both cases it took over a month to get the service. That is way too long.

I buy warranties on all my electronics. If best buy ever got rid of the geek squad warranty id likely never buy another tv from there. But super satisfied

Got this just in case, never been happier. Got this for our TV and safe to say it's nice to have. Haven't had any issues with it

I feel this is a good investment for big ticket items I just had a tv that was not working and having the protection plan really helped the Geek Squad was great they came twice and were extremely helpful and the store squad was also great at the mall. They were fast helpful and very professional.

I just love the idea of a 5 year Geek Squad Protection plan. It covers everything including lightening. We live in Florida so that could be important. I do hope I never need to use this reasonably priced product!

Fortunately we have not had to use the geek squad warranty on our new TV. The TV is up in northern Wisconsin so next summer will be when it gets the major use. Got the warrantee is I have had experience with receivers and not getting the warranty. Not so good.

When you bit electronics I don’t think there is an easier process than dealing with Best Buy. So for me it’s a no brainer on a product over 1500 bucks.
