Bought two of these TVs during Black Friday deals. Must say at this price its an amazing TV. The picture quality and the colors are comparable to high end TVs.

I have not had to use the Geek Squad protection on this device, but I have needed it in the past for other products. And when you are having an electronics issue, the speed and capability with which the Squad fixes that issue is unparalleled imo.

I hope to never use it on my resent purchase, but I did use it once on my 72" tv a few years ago and it paid off. They couldn't fix the tv so they replaced it with a brand new one. So worth getting the protection for a few hundreds than losing thousands of $.

We have not had to use it yet but it is reasurring that we will have the service available to us in case we need to use them. It gives us the peace of mind that if we run into a problem with one of our devices that it is just a phone call away.

This was my most valuable purchase yet at Best Buy. I couldn’t have gotten a better deal elsewhere. I got the 5yr plan on top of it!

I used my warranty to get this tv. Well worth it. It did totally cover the entire cost but it did help. If your thinking about it then there’s your answer.

I found it more than helpful to always buy a protection plan. After much consideration, it was very welcomed to have just in case. Best Buy is very helpful when it comes to protection plans. I have purchased them in the past and found that it came in handy. You can't go wrong here depending on your purchase.

A pretty good product protection plan. Worth the extra money so you don't have to worry about replacing your product and costing you full price again.

It's geek squad. Not sure what I can say about a warranty program other than we get it on a lot of stuff

Geek Squad protection has been a great asset to me in the past. I always make sure to purchase the protection plan with my electronics. Geek Squad staff has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when I've needed them.

Purchased this for my new SONY OLED TV. Have had this service before, and it becomes very handy when your new electronic device you just spent over 1K on brakes right on the 1 year mark. If financially suitable, would definitely recommend.
