I have not actually had to use the geek squad, but they have answered many questions for me and were very knowledgeable when I am in the store trying to purchase what I need. I feel I will have reliable and knowledgeable service when I need them

Geek Squad is exceptional!!! I purchase Geek Squad with all my major purchases. I would say purchase total support it saves almost have on most Geek Squad purchases which totally pays for itself if you require Geek Squad services.

I recently bought a TV and they can be smart but they can also break so by buying insurance gives me a piece of mind that if it stops working I can get it fixed and my money won’t go straight into the garbage

When I purchased a new computer for myself, I also bought one for my mom, who lives 700 miles away. I purchased the geek squad access for our computers, and when my mom has needed some help, I don't have to try to talk her through it over the phone - she can take her computer to her local best buy!

I bought this to install my laptop hard drive. It made it easy they transferred the system from the old one and did all the installations. Something came loose 6 months the after I brought the laptop back in they fixed it with no charge. I'm a welder and a mechanic i do not work on PC anything this coverage was worth every penny

I was very satisfied with the additional coverage offered at a reasonable price to me in store when I purchased my vizio television. I highly recommend the additional coverage to ensure your tv is protected against product defect or failure.

Should have bought the 5 year warranty. TV took spike a couple months after warranty ran out.

this first time they took care of me no issues but the secomd time geek squad lied so I will no longer be giving them or best buy my money ever again

Having burn in protection allows me to use my TV in HDR mode without worrying or babying the brightest. For the price, 5 years of peace of mind is worth it.
