Best buy offers the Best Protection plans, I feel very safe with my 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection offered by the Ann Arbor store.

I must say that this protection plan is worth every penny.

I used the expanded five-year plan because I had to replace a 55 inch LG TV that was only three and a half years old

You never know when you will need a replacement but when you do it is such a relief to use the repacement plan. I've had to use them once or twice and they work great. No hassle highly recommend on anything you buy.

I was I couldn't believe the way they just changed out the TV and I was impressed

I purchased this warranty so that I would have protection is I did have any problems. I hope I never have to use it but if I do I am protected.

The Television I bought,although brand new didnot have a remote or user booklet in the box. The Geek quad made a complete swap in four days.

Geek squad sent their best techs, who were great, attempted to address our concerns and when they weren’t able to, brought in more techs

Have not had to use the protection plan yet. But what I understand that these OLED TVs can be very pricey to fix and if anything were to arise it sis best to have something backing you up and for five years the cost is minimal!

Its the only warranty that covers burn in for oleds that i could find. So thats something to consider.

I have this mounted on the wall of my bedroom. Very light and was easy to mount and get set up. Using wireless internet for Netflix. Color is awesome. Very crisp and clear picture. No complaints or problems. Covers for what I needed it for.

Dudes and dudettes, I absolutely love the Squad and it’s plans. I mean who doesn’t love spending a few extra bucks know your devices are covered for, this one is 5 years, but for many years?! So simple and easy

Buying new technology seems to come with some risk and a $2500 TV is not something I was willing to risk. The extended warranty gives me piece of mind knowing that if something breaks, Best Buy will take care of it for me.

It has always paid off for me. Whether it was repairs, viruses, tech support, it has saved me thousands over the last 5 years. I will add it to Anything I can add it to. TRUTH!

Since this is our very first time purchasing a flat screen TV, I was a little worried about the possibility of future repairs. We are on a tight budget and could not afford costly repairs! The Standard 5 Year Geek Warranty is EXACTLY what we need to take the worry completely away! The home repair is an added bonus!!

What can you say about a warranty. If you don’t like broken electronics it’s always nice to get a warranty so the repair is a fraction of the cost

I have not had a need to use the Geek Squad Warranty. i wish i had purchased for my previous TV though. That one had issues around year 4.
