What a great product and price to protect you when the unforeseen happens specifically when you invest on those products that tend to get expensive to repair.

I highly recommend the geek squad. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I had issues with a new stove and they did there best to fix my issues as soon as possible.

I’m glad I got the 5 year geek plan on my tv, just knowing I’m covered makes me at ease.

I always get the warranty though Best Buy when buying a tv. It’s covered my butt more than once! Honestly something I’d rather have and not use than my tv mess up and not have it.

Great protection for my new TV, not much money, and its for 2 yrs.

This plan is always helpful. It brings me at ease knowing that my computer is protected. I don't have to worry about dropping it, water damage or any other malfunctions that occur. I have had this plan on al my computers.

I bought a sony 55 4k that was on display and the last one in the store so I felt I need to get the plan even though I have confidence that this sony product will last a long time

While I have not had to use this service yet and hopefully i won't have to. I love knowing that if something goes south with my television they squad will send someone to my house to help fix the problem!

The Geek 5 year protection is the best deal for the money you will ever make. We always buy it and had never regretted getting it. Peace of mind

I added this protection plan from the Geek Squad to my TV purchase. If my TV has any problems after the manufacture warrantee expires, Best Buy will fix or replace it for free if you have their additional 2 year protection warrantee .

Agents came out to my home to replace components on my VIZIO TV. They were very professional and did the work quickly.

I haven’t needed to use them yet, the advantage I see is they come do the work themselves. Not like other competitors that send another company out.

Geek Squad should be the best I guess. Me personally have not had the need to call them but is good to know Best Buy had their own team to help you out any issues.

Always get geek packages. You do not have to wait for manufacturers to receive, review, approve and ship back

I won’t worry about things going awry. My Mother would be sad if something went wrong without help available without a charge.

So far so good. Have called to ask technical questions on new TV i purchased and got good guidance. Have not needed to use for repairs yet.
