Can’t complain the geek squad protection service has never let me down. In my opinion there is no downside.

The agent over the phone was very friendly about helping me with my broken tv to replace it with a new one. Once the delivery agent brought the tv however, he was not helpful about mounting the tv. I already have a TV mount but he would not help me mount it.

Geek Squad Hardware plans are great. They cover accidental damage and normal wear and tear. They're stored on the Best Buy computer system. No need to jump through hoops with the manufacturer. Some items replaced right away; some go for repairs.

The GEEK program was introduced to me for protection it’s the perfect fit if I ever need them

having a piece of mind after purchasing a TV or any other electronic that that will be protected is a great deal for a consumer. I have had Geek Squad out to my home before to work on other purchases that needed servicing always top notch

I bought protection for my TV, which is a higher end model. Best buy covers more than the manufacturer warranty. I don't expect I'll have any issues, but knowing I have the protection is nice just in case anything does happen.

I always get a protection plan on anything i buy at best buy. Becsuse if anything happens to my products can alwsys get it fixed.or get a new one if they can not fix its

I had an issue with the TV remote. The staffer that assisted me was great; he was patient with my questions. Very friendly and professional. Was able to solve the issue immediately.

Love the Geek squad and there extended warrenty, never any hassel with repairs or replacement.

Overall they can help with minor or not complex things but aren’t too good at complicated things. They are good to help walk you thru the things they do know.

Love having the piece of mind that this brings! Always a great investment to have!

I always a get a warranty with my electronic purchases

Had a issue with previous purchased tv. Returned to store. Determined value was not worth repair. Received full credit purchase price towards a new TV. Will include geek squad for all my big purchases.

The geek squad are fantastic!! My husband and I had the best team come to our home. They were very knowledgeable about their products and which would work great for our tv installation.

I like this Greek squad they handle my problems every time.
