Great choice. Replaced my tv right away when I had a defective tv

This is a good value to have when you purchase items at Best Buy.

Mr Nadeau and the other Geek Squad gentleman took down our older smart Tv, and mounted our new Tv using the same Tv mount as we previously had. They alsohooked up our Surround sound, Blu Ray player and our new streaming service. Very professional, friendly answering our questions. They also hauled away our old TV

The individual Andrew, who helped me, was really concerned about my issue. Unlike his coworker, who I overheard continuously prompting him to stop trying to assist me.

Love that Firefox is in the system and I don't have to use my firestick. Sound is great. Picture is great. No compalints. I would buy it again.

I couldn’t get customer support for a ThinQ App from LG. Good thing that I bought Geek Squad support. They were able to help replace the TV in home. The only negative was it took ONE MONTH for them to get to my home. I’m still waiting. Slooooow.

All i have to say is that everyone need to try the Geek Squad service to feel as goos as i do. My tv need some qork done and Geek Squad sent a professional to help me out. I had a computer to fix and they did. Also, all the store in NYC has great customer services in the Geek Squad Department and throughout the Best Buy store.

Harvey came out for my in-home theater appointment and he was very professional. He was on time and he explained what was going on what I could expect what my five-year warranty covered what was wrong with my LGQNED TV and what my options were was very kind he was cognizant of, my household and that our household was a disabled household, and I was very appreciative of his generosity his suggestions and his great customer service thank you Harvey for a job well done !!

I bought the warranty on my insignia tv I bought less than 2 years ago, thank goodness. There was definitely an array of issues surrounding getting my warranty service but it all worked out in the end. I have just bought another 5 year warranty on my new tv.

Great deal to cover my LG OLED. Super nice to know that if my OLED get burn in, it'll be covered.

We have worked with the Geek Squad for a past TV issue. It was really easy and issued was resolved I would recommend purchasing the Geek Squad Protection

Excellent! If I need assistance they will be available. I haven’t needed them yet but in past purchases I needed them.

They are always there available, helpful and informative on issues that arise. I am lucky that I haven't had to use them too often but they are good at what they do.

This is an expensive investment to protect my expensive purchase.
