Tv works great for the purpose of needing a Tv last minute!

This is an expensive investment to protect my expensive purchase.

This is our second TCL 50" tv and it is the best ever.

Travis and co-worker did a great job with install.

I started using geek squad after having one experience where we put a warranty on a TV and few months before it expired The backlight went out and we called and geek squad was excellent since then I have put geek squad on every TV that comes into my house with four children we have since used it multiple times and never have had an issue. Definitely recommend to people who are on a budget who can't afford to replace electronics when having issues. Geek squad makes this a non-issue.

Good "backup" to have, we just just hope it is. not needed!

I have the 2-year Geek Squad plan for my TV. I filed a claim when my TV screen stopped working but still had sound. I booked an appointment with Geek Squad, and they came to the house. They serviced my TV and gave me the info to call and order my replacement since there were no parts to fix my issue. The same day I called and the representative helped me with the replacement, ordered the TV, and set up an exchange date. Got my new TV without issues and my grandmother is very happy to watch TV again! It took 2.5 weeks to complete this which was long, but I understand that they had a full schedule when I made the service appt. I would recommend Buybest and their Geek Squad Protection Plans. The technicians were nice and helpful, the representative was kind and resourceful, and the Geek Squad delivery was quick. Thank you Geek Squad!

Great TV. Purchased 2 year Protection Plan. Lightning strike damaged TV 2 months before expiration of Protection Plan. TV will be replaced under the Plan. GREAT DEAL!

We got the 5 year warranty and it’s the best our previously purchased Sony kept freezing and they came out 8 times replaced everything and finally gave us a full refund! We were able to get a new tv and so far it’s been great!

My tv started smoking so i order another i picked my TV up the girl that brought it out was very pleasant and my aide helped her put it the Van that was very good day.

I've used Geek Squad before on other purchases and it comes in handy. I just don't like the fact that the TV come with one year warranty, so as soon as you purchase The Geek Squad protection, the protection cards immediately, so I basically only got one year protection. Not not a good idea in my book. It should kick in once my one year warranty is over that came with the TV, so I thought.

There pretty easy to get in contact with and they don’t make it difficult with their appointments like some other companies

I recently had to use this for a Sony TV that started experiencing back lighting issues. I was hesitant to purchase but I am very glad I did. This was much better than a Health Insurance Scam.

Great protection, but read the fine print, there is alot of ways they can get out of covering your items
