    So glad I paid for this. I usually don’t, but when it comes to TVs I’ve been burned enough to know it’s worthwhile insurance. Sure enough, our TCL 75 in screen went out not 3 months after the manufacture warranty expired. The Geek Squad came out, tested the picture, confirmed it needed replacement and called the exchange in immediately. I had a confirmation number and a link to the number where I spoke with an agent to get it replaced. So seamless and efficient. Thank you Best Buy!

    I absolutely love this tv. The quality on it is out of this world, It’s super bright and supports Dolby Vision and Atmos. It has all kinds of features and it looks modern with the slim bezels. The QLED brings out a perfect picture and the only complaint I would have is the “ghosting” when watching fast motion content.

    This protection was absolutely worth it! I had previously had a 4K TV that crapped out on me several years ago and would've cost more to fix than to just get a new TV. That's when I learned that I should protect my new TV with Geek Squad 5-yr Protection since my old TV didn't even make it past 5 years. And I'm so glad I did! This TV had crapped out on me due to power outages that messed up the TV's power supply that gradually declined over time until it became inoperable. This plan was a lifesaver and I was able to get the value of my TV applied to a new TV purchase, which I used to get the same TV I had before because I loved it so much before the power outage and killed it over time.

    I get the 5 year on all TVs and applianaces its worth every dollar and they have replaced 2 TV's now. A 70 inch LG TV in our living room they came to the house and fixed and did a great job.

    I’d gotten this warranty with a brand new tv, and when we hired someone (not from Best Buy) to mount the tv on the wall, he broke it. It was literally two weeks old. The warranty doesn’t cover damages, but when I called Geek Squad to ask whether I could transfer the warranty to the new tv I was going to have to buy, they made an exception for me due to my unfortunate circumstance and told me they’d replace my entire tv. I was so shocked and blown away because I didn’t expect that at all and was fully preparing to buy another tv. The customer service is the best I’ve encountered and it’s absolutely worth it to buy the warranty.

    Protection got me a new TV

    I normally stay away from the additional protection services on any products I purchase, but this one really saved my butt. I bought a floor model of a large screen high definition TV. Over time, I noticed thick lines on the screen and discoloration. It was most noticeable when there wasn't much action on the screen and if large areas pf solid colors were displayed. As it turned out, the LED screen was showing remnants of the demo mode screens that would run constantly in the store. The protection plan allowed me to get %100 of my purchase price back, providing it was spent at Best Buy. I ended up getting a new 55" TV.

    The agents here are some of the most helpful computer folks I know. I do wish there was away to better communicating with these guys before I come to the store. If only for a brief 15-20 minutes conversation to see if problem can be resolved before bringing in and leaving with them. I have to have my computer to work and this would be of great help. Perhaps expand hours or have a virtual meetings scheduled all throughout the night. Your workers could choose for overtime or not answer and let some other person within the company say a 1000 miles away that would like the overtime. Make it easier and just ask for volunteers across the country and allow them to work out of there house for the calls that come in after hours. If that fails then I can ask my boss if I can leave it but that’s usually not the case.

    It is alexa comparible, i love that i can control my tv through ghe alexa app, the image is great for watching tv shows, movies and even plauing videogames. Yea youbwill get a much better image with a 120hz or higher tv, but you will also be paying 2-3 times more for a 57 inch tv. Im very happy with this purchase. I bought the warranty for like $30, i have complete peace of mind for the next 4-5 years if anything happens. Cant go wrong!
