Haven't had to use the Geek Squad Service on an item in a while but when I have I've been pleased with the customer service.

I love being protected for 5 years! Big purchases that may be expensive to repair or replace through no fault of mine is covered so I’m happy!

They come out pretty timely, but never does one visit suffice. THey always have to come and diagnose then order parts and then return sometimes up to 3 times. But the service does cover repairs, and if the same problem exists 3 times, they will replace your item.

You cannot go wrong with having peace of mind that if anything goes wrong with your product that it will be fixed or replaced. I have not had to use Geek Squad as of yet and hopefully I never will. One thing I did hear about the Geek Squad Protection is that replacement value of purchase goes down every year. For example if i purchased a $1000 tv and a 5 year warranty and after 3 years I start having problem and they cannot fix it and have to replace it. I will only get a credit of $400 towards a new Tv. I don't know how true that is but I did hear that from a BB employee.

The crew that came out to do the install were very polite, and neat. Had a problem with one of the products (component was damaged) they took care of it without any problems, In the past I would do my our install, but for the money it was well worth it, before they left they made sure all components worked to my satisfaction, will use them again, Thank you Best Buy and Sterling

Great quality, image is really need, excellent size for a living room, really fast, I would definitely recommended, and for the price you can't find a cheaper one.

I have never been disappointed with any LG item I have purchased, and this one is no different. Easy set up out of the box as well as easy to connect the AppleTV and LG soundbar. The picture quality is perfect, as is the size. I would definitely buy another.

The entire team from the salesman that helped us pick out our television to the other young ladies with lots of great information of the products sold in the store and our cashiers. Each person was polite and helpful! Due to great service we have returned and purchased a laptop from Best Buy1

TV was delivered and placed exactly where I wanted it. Answered all my questions. Very quick and effecient.

This has helped to get answers to all of my queries and give peace of mind that my TV is protected for the next 5 years (a typical life for a product like that). Bets part of this is that if my TV breaks / has any issues then Best Buy Geek Squad Total Tech Support will fix it and if they can't then either they will replace the TV at no extra cost or if the current TV model is no more available then I get the price of my TV back to buy another TV.

Worth every penny to extend my warranty 2 more years and to get Geek Squad home service to fix and repair my new TV. I have had back surgery recently and am older. I needed a Geek Squad warranty to have the luxury of home service vs me having to load up my TV and taking it to a repair shop.
