i have never used this service before and i hope i don't

We have purchased this coverage on another TV and it really paid off for us! The TV had a defect after 3 years of use and this protection coverage replaced it. Of course the model was discontinued so they gave us another TV... for the same amount we had paid 3 years earlier! We were upgraded to a state of the art TV with all the bells and whistles! It is worth investing in this coverage!! We will always purchase it for our high end purchases!

Hope to never have to use this on the TV we purchased for the family room

the geek squad was very helpful I brought in a few computers that were outdated and irreparable and they were able to retrieve my info and pictures onto a harddrive. they were friendly quick and efficient

I experienced a few issues with my five year old 4K LG, and Geek Squad personnel were very diligent about resolving them. The pleasant experience with Geek Squad personnel made the five year Protection Plan on my Sony XR65A95K an easy decision.

Get the protection! You wont regret it, and it can sace you money in the long run!

Good to have this protection on my 77 inch tv it is a great warranty to have. Their plan through Geek Squad is awesome.

It works great and the picture quality is great. It was easy to setup in less than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this television.

Geek Squad Protection was well worth the money! It comes with little extras that you just don't think about. They not only installed my TV(believe me, the owner's manual left out a lot of steps), but they hauled away my old TV (there is normally a fee for this). The agents were knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain all of the features of my new TV.

The only problem with this is it doesn’t take over until my TCL warranty goes away. So I paid for 5 years but will only get 4? Kinda crappy especially since TCL is hell to deal with and now I’m stuck with a defective TV until the warranty I paid for takes over.

As a best buy employee our geek squad protection on this product is definitely worth it for my partner and I. I feel confident in knowing that if our TV falls or the screen goes out, we will have multiple solutions/options in the future.

Geek Squad protection saved me hundreds when my TV became inoperable. Process for replacement was hassle free and incredible.

Had purchased a sumsung tv from another retailer strike 1, tv had a problem so contacted their their warranty department with no resolve Strike 2, was treated very poorly Strike 3 !!! Have learned my lesson now and will only purchase my quality items from Best Buy and their warranty group…

Good value, reasonable cost, but could be made better with a "no use" small rebate. If you do not use the insurance at all. They rebate 25% of the cost in gift card value? This would add value and make the insurance even more attractive.

Here’s the thing with geek squad protection. They will take care of you. Fix or exchange. Easy for me every time I’ve had an issue

I had a small issue with a tv I had purchased, I was in my last year of the geek squad warranty and I was able to get a whole new tv! Service was great and I recommend the extra protection.
