    The guys were great!! I do have a question I forgot to ask. Can the solar remote be replaced with a battery remote? 2. Can I buy a solar remote that is bigger? Would appreciate if Matt or Jaime could answer those questions.

    Saved me a ton of money when the last tv went out. They gave me a gift receipt for the value of the tv and it was stress free and easy. Will never go with a lesser warranty again, its very much worth the money.

    We had geek squad before and loved the protection on our items as we purchase a lot of things from Best Buy and we have had a few items fixed and will replaced it if they cat fixed it

    I haven't gotten to use the extended warranty...so not sure yet. But... I had a 65" going bad. The manager said they would cover it, but the screen was cracked in a corner. I was ok with the crack, it didn't affect the TV and was there for over a year. The TV started going dark and 'glitching' non stop. I do not believe it was related to the crack at all, but the they would not touch it with any type of damage. So...I really didn't get to see how the warranty works, other than it doesn't cover damage. duh... Apparently there is no damage coverage available on larger TV's at all. Bummer...

    I bought the 5 year protection because I purchased a LG OLED tv and do alot of gaming and tv watching so I am glad to know I have added protection in case something happens.

    I purchased this unit to replace an older plasma that did not have a full tunner. This unit has a very good tuner with many built in apps. Sound is fair a sound bar would help.

    I had the protection on my old TV. They couldn't fix it so they gave me a new one. ( NO HEADACHE OR EXCUSES) They stand behind their warranty. I would recommend everyone take out The Standard Geek Squad protection. It saved my pocketbook about 600 dollars.

    They are great. Very Helpful. I love the 24/7 support they have. My son threw somthing at my tv but because I have the protection I can get the TV fixed.

    I have purchased a Geek Squad service agreement on a large television once before and when it failed and required service, a repair person as scheduled quickly. The television was also replaced quickly with me making a choice on the new television at the BestBuy store. Excellent service!!

    Best buy protection is worth it especially if accidental damage from handling is part of the plan. I had that plan on my Microsoft surface pro 3 and had the unfortunent event of damaging the screen beyond repair, I had renewed the plan twice and I was so happy I did because I was able to get my surface replaced and now I have the pro 6. I will continue to get protection from now on!

    5 Year Protection Plan is excellent and delivers as promised. My old TV, with a 5 year service plan died after 4 years and the service plan replaced the TV with a new TV.....very satisfied.

    Best service ever I can live worry free for the next 5 yrs knowing that if anything happens to my protected item it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to me. Best Buy’s protection is a must whenever you prurchased expensive high quality in home items . Protect your purchases better safe than sorry!
