Good tv and brand. Had my other 55” going on 5 years. This one however stopped working after 3months. Geek squad came out determined it was the screen itself and couldn’t be fixed, but with my warranty i can still return it. Good to have.

Haven't had to use this particular Geek Squad protection plan yet, but I have confidence it'll pay for itself.

I am usually a skeptic when it comes to the actual coverage on these warranties but I can say that geek squad definitely helped my with out a hassle. Tech came out assessed the issue and with in minute I had my replacement options . In store easy process for the new replacement. Get the warranty it works if needed

My TV was poorly packaged and arrived broken and cracked. One call to the Geek Squad and arrangements were made for it to be picked up and returned for a full refund on the TV and 5 year protection plan.

Does what it's supposed to! Been holding onto a 50lbs TV we move around all the time to point the TV from the living room to the dining room! Thing is worth every penny

Excellent GS protection for Bravia OLED. If this TV fails in 5 years you want it protected for the price point of the TV and protection. GS protection is very good.

Took great care of me when my tvs had issues. You do have to send in for repair first which was annoying but I got two new TVs in the end.

I've had no issues with my Sony 4K TV I purchased this warranty for but I know and heard that Best Buy does have great quality customer service if something goes wrong with your purchase and it can be easily returned and exchanged for the same product or similar product.

Purchased Geek Squad fixed my flat screen TV. There was a problem which was fixed for free by Geek Squad. Took multiple visits but TV did work between visits just with some features not working.

Good option if you need to use the service to service electronics

I purchased this extended warranty because it covers parts and labor as well as in home repair. Even covers damage from lightning! One repair in the five year coverage and it will pay for itself.
