Haven’t had to use it yet, but we love geek squad!

We picked up our tv. We always buy service. On our tv. The men always come out and work on our tv when we call. If it can't be. Fix they replace it. They are very professional when they come out. I would tell everyone to buy service on there products. I buy it on all my large merchandise.service

I've already taken advantage of it a few times - twice with the tech using an app to remotely take control of my laptop and troubleshoot and improve my computer speed and ensure that I had no viruses or malware. It's good for 24 months for the price of 1 year and they will come to your house if necessary.

I really don't have a basis to rate this yet as I haven't needed to use it and honestly hope I don't ever have to but am glad to have the protection if I need it.

When your new TV costs all of $400 it's a no brainer to pay a bit extra for the extended warranty. Still, I hope I never need to use it!

On my roku tv i made sire i took the protection plan because my last tv i never put , so i learned my lesson.

NA did not use Geek Squad this time around. Sorry.

I had taken Greek Squad protection plan for my 43inch samsung tv. Everything went smooth and easy with protection plan when i hd issues with my TV and exchanged with new tv which is working great so far

These People are well trained. Dustin and was very thorough in explaining on to operate TV with new control. Would not leave until we were completely satisfied; it was his top priority that all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. This is why we always buy any electronics we want from BEST BUY.

This service is great because you don’t know when you could need to use it! I bought a TV and my son damaged the TV control and I had to use this guarantee.

They are awesome ! Took my iPhone in there and they fixed it. I was having trouble with reception in my house. !! They put it on wifi calling.

i got the 2 year standard greek squad protection plan for my 55 inc smart tv by mistake I meant to get the 5 year standard protection plan. Which I feel would be a good deal because I had another tv without the 5 year year plan and the main frame on it went bad and I tried to put it in the shop and they wanted $300 to fix it. Where now having the plan if anything goes wrong they will fix it.

Had no real issues with the TV except for a very occasional mute effect. I would need to turn it off and on again. I had bought a warranty for it and BB came through

Always get the protection plan. It’s worth it because you never know with how stuff is built these days
