I can't remember what I bought this for but we haven't needed to use it. I'm sure it would have come in handy if something happrned to our purchase.

Definitely worth for TV, I feel most TV's get in to some sort of problem after 3 years, better to have 5 years geek squad coverage for TVs! My last TV broke after 4 years (screen issue!) GS return was little dragged, but at the end, we have been returned full purchase value.

I have had many warranties through many different retailers in the past, they have been a headache to deal with. Best Buy makes it super easy for any warranty repair.

I bought the 5 year protection as a piece of mind after my last tv had issues right after the factory warranty expired.

You can never go wrong with geek squad protection plan. My tv gave out after 3 years and I was issued a gift card with the value of the tv. Couldnt be more satisfied

I got the 5 year standard greek squad protection plan for my smart tv for $59 which I feel was a good deal because I had another tv without the 5 year plan and the main frame on it went bad and I tried to put it in the shop and they wanted $300 to fix it . Where now paying $59 for the plan and they will fix anything so I think thats a no brainer.

Purchased this service agreement with the purchase of our new 85" TV and mount.

I didn't use the geek squad for this item, although I have heard so many good things about them and thier prompt services.I would definitely use them.

Tv is a great replacement for our old one that broke. best buy protection makes us feel alot better about the purchase.

I came in price checking a tv and after Dean helped me, i left with a 85” Sony! Good tv so far! Dean has excellent customer service & is very polite & professional!! I will look for Dean to help me if needed when i go back!

I always add geek squad protection for everything I buy at Best Buy. The coverage is fantastic. Any issues, resolved right away. Damage to charging cords? Replaced no questions asked. Printer issues, refund or exchange for convenience. Questions a phone call away.

I feel that the geek squad is better than any warranty. Just contact them and your issue is handled quickly.

Whenever we buy anything from Best Buy we always get the Geek Squad protection which has always been beneficial to us!! Lightening storms etc can damage tv's even if you have generators or power supplies! So for us the protection is well worth it especially with how expensive electronics can be!

I needed them to connect our new tv to our sound system. They were quite knowledgeable, very effective and great to work with.

Protection is definitely a necessity and Best Buy is elite and stand behind their sales 100% highly recommended you cant go wrong they offer the best protection for your money vs any other store.....

Always get the geek squad protection. Had to use it once nad it paid off in a bug way.
