I love Geek Squad protection and get it on everything that I buy at Best Buy. I wish other protection plans were so easy to use, and cover as much.

If you are buying an expensive piece of electronic equipment, Geek Squad protection is a must. Use it once, as we have, and it pays for itself. Geek Squad personnel are the best.

I would definitely recommend getting this service on any product u buy from electronics purchased. I had a glitch and they came out and fixed it and i have not had any problems since great deal!!

Although I didn't utilize the geek squad to set up my TV. I have the peace of mind knowing that they are there to help me when I need it!! I used them in the past for my mobile insurance and they never let me down!

Protection important for me if my tv have any default i can change it for one in good condition

I went with the 5 year protection plan since it was only $40 more than the 3 year. I was pleased to find out 55 inch and higher geek squad comes to your house to fix the tv if you have any problems!

I always get Geek Squad protection on all my appliances. I've had to have computers fixed and eventually replaced. They provided great service and ensuring I don't loose my money on a purchase even if it breaks.

Dont buy from best buy!!!! They used to be good my TV messed up and we called them cause they can be fickle on what they do and say. Ive returned tvs for store credit before to get another brand cause the one i had has issues. This time I asked about it and they said i would have to have it brought in then sent off for repair. Or someone come to my house ive had people steal from me before i do not let people in my house. I told them that I wanted to do a warranty and then was going to buy a more expensive tv. They told me that i could not do that then transfered me to a supervisor who said yes it would be ok let me get you to another department. That next department pretty much told us to send it in or nothing at all. So like normal fashion with best buy its up to if they feel like letting you do it or not. I just had swapped out a bad router for a better one and guy at register said yes you can do this. But about a month or 2 later they wont let me exchange my tv? It has panel issues I spend most of my time at home due to not being able to work cause of a back injury so if i have to send my tv back for repair i will have no way of watching tv. But its cool i wont be buying from best buy anymore and i have slowed down over the years buying from them i was an elite member spending over 7k a year with them but as i said no more.

These guys showed up EARLY on the scheduled delivery date. That is the first time I have experienced that. The were quick and tidy.
