perfect protection at a great price for a tv. I'm very confident that there will be no problems should I have to use it.

This is a great $ saving program for those of us who are tech challenged. Had an issue with sound and remote set up for TV. Geek squad came promptly and fixed the problem with no charge as it was within 60 days of purchase.

I haven't used it yet so I don't know yet. but i'm worried our Best Buy closed so I worry about when i need it.
