Well it’s protecting so that’s good! Haven’t had to use it so that’s even better

The Geek Squad professionals quickly mounted my television and peripherals. Additionally, they assisted me in set-up and provided a thorough overview of the features.

Due to having 2 TV's blow up within months of each other, we felt the extra warranty was warranted! We have surge protectors on our whole house and also extra ones for each TV. The blow ups were just the way both older TV's decided to die. We believed the extra warranty would be helpful because of the lightness of the TV and it's fragile position.

The geek squad that came out to set up my tv, was outstanding. They were both outstanding. I was very satisfied with them. They were very helpful every step of the way!

Love the comfort of my subscription. I did not need support to mount or get the new Samsung 32 inch TV up and running. I may have to call them as the HDMI cable and this cable to the DVD player is an accessible so I’m going to have to put a new end on it.

the geek squad was very helpful I brought in a few computers that were outdated and irreparable and they were able to retrieve my info and pictures onto a harddrive. they were friendly quick and efficient

I love the tv. The picture it’s crisp and it was easy to setup.

Friendly staff, they solve problems with products rather quickly and have them either fixed or replaced in a timely manner.

It’s a option that I purchased in addition to the TV. Fortunately, I haven’t had to use the warranty yet.

Awesome extended TWO Year warranty. Love the Geek Squad warranties. Because typically if something goes wrong during the warranty BestBuy will just swap it for a new unit versus wasting time waiting for a repair! Well worth the warranty for peace of mind!
