So far after 2 + months there has been no need for Geek Squad service.

Outstanding service highly recommend came out to look at what was wrong with my tv couldn’t fix it had a gift card the same day for the value that I payed for my tv the same same

not a huge fan of insurance but my salesperson made is such an easy decision to purchase

I've started putting Geek Squad protection on everything. There have been a couple times, especially with my desktop computer, where it was very helpful to have their expertise. If its an expensive purchase I just do it. I find the Geek Squad staff to be very helpful and already having a protection plan can really cut down on the cost of fixing a problem.

I always purchase the Geek Squad protection on consumer electronics if the cost of the product is substantial, or if the protection provides for cleaning, replacement, etc. I have used Geek Squad protection a couple of times and was satisfied to receive a replacement product through the local store without having to wait for one to be shipped from a replacement service center, or having to wait for the non-functioning product to be evaluated.

Geek squad is a must if purchasing electronics it really is a life saver if anything unexpected happens!!

All my appliances were vreaking down at the same time: the laptop, tv, smartphone, and etc. My tv wasn’t even a year old yet. I digned up for 5 year agreement for peace of mind. It is an excellent investment
