I like it, I just hate that I can't bring it directly to the store.

Omg where do I start i love my Pioneer tv I can play my ps5 and graphics are amazing I love how my movies is 4k I just love it

seeing the horrible quality control of tvs this year, it’s really nice they come out and pick up tv from your house, i’ve been dealing with 20-30 samung tvs this year because of the bad DSE or banding in the screen, so it’s nice i can try getting a tvs and not have to drive 30 mins every week

So far haven’t used it at all I am wondering if it was worth it and to that I say I can’t wait to try out the actual services but to be honest I would Rather have the product last and be trouble free

This is a no-brainer. I signed up again for my new TV. They setup the TV, make all connections and ensure it is ALL working before they leave. They are prompt, courteous and very, very knowledgeable.

They helped me mount my tv and when it had issues with they were able to help me out and get my tv fixed, and fast, I might add. Very excellent customer service.

Technology has become so sophisticated that it isn't easy to set up a new smart tv. There are so many options that I was not sure how they would affect my tv viewing preferences. Joshua from the Geek Squad walked us through every option and explained what each meant. I haven't gotten to use the extended warranty...so not sure yet. But... I had a 65" going bad. The manager said they would cover it, but the screen was cracked in a corner. I was ok with the crack, it didn't affect the TV and was there for over a year. The TV started going dark and 'glitching' non stop. I do not believe it was related to the crack at all, but the they would not touch it with any type of damage. So...I really didn't get to see how the warranty works, other than it doesn't cover damage. duh... Apparently there is no damage coverage available on larger TV's at all. Bummer...

The agents were on time, neat, left no mess. Made sure all connections displayed properly.

We didn't hesitate to get this service warranty from geek squad for my 65" smart TV. This TV was an upgraded Replacement to our 55" which broke down beyond repair before the geek squad warranty expired.

very helpful in helping to exchange item. Only drawback was it was not volunteered to set up equipment weather it would be free or at an added cost and I did not think to ask as prior television was set up by delivery personnel.

Good tv and brand. Had my other 55” going on 5 years. This one however stopped working after 3months. Geek squad came out determined it was the screen itself and couldn’t be fixed, but with my warranty i can still return it. Good to have.

Best buy protection is worth it especially if accidental damage from handling is part of the plan. I had that plan on my Microsoft surface pro 3 and had the unfortunent event of damaging the screen beyond repair, I had renewed the plan twice and I was so happy I did because I was able to get my surface replaced and now I have the pro 6. I will continue to get protection from now on!
