Great warranty service. Part to repair the TV was not available, so a store credit was provided for a TV of similar specs. Bought the warranty service again for the new TV.

For higher price items I've always bought extended warranties from BEST BUY. They have great customer service and and support with these warranties if you ever have an issue during the warranty period you purchase....

Best extended coverage on the market in my opinion. The first OLED tv I owned suffered from Screen burn in. This is the only coverage I know of that covers burn in. They replaced my TV with the same or newer model. If you are making a high dollar purchase make sure to protect it.

This is a service plan, an insurance plan for any possible issues w/ the equipment we purchased. The actual evaluation isn't particularly valid until such time we have to make a call... then, truth will out.

I glad I purchased the additional coverage. It puts me at ease knowing if something goes wrong with the TV, I will be in good hands. I just purchase another TV and soundbar and wireless surround sound speakers today. I purchased coverage on all 3 items. NO worries.

Worth every penny to protect your purchase when getting a new OLED TV.

I have used them in the past when my computer was hacked into. Hackers really messed up my computer. I appreciated the service Geek Squad did for me. They cleaned it well. Problem was solved...and I got my money back from my Visa Card....The hackers were really stupid--committed fraud BIG TIME!

Hopefully it pays off. Sometimes it's a gamble and your stuff actually lasts as long as appliances and TV's use to last.

Didn't buy the extra warranty on our last 75 inch television and it blew out after only 6 months of average use (on about 2-3 hrs a day, most days). So this time, we're prepared.

It seems like whenever I finally need to use GeekSquad for something important.. they are unable to assist. A little frustrating, I don't pay for extra protection because doesn't seem worth it to me

For a television of this value, it made total sense to opt for the Geek Squad service. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I am completely covered for most things that can go wrong.

My last tv had a problem nearly immediately after purchase. The Geek Squad replaced the hardware boards and the tv was fine for as long as I expected it to last.

Normally I don't like protection or extended warranties plans. I figure if you buy good products if anything goes wrong it will happen doing the warranty period. But recently I had some bad experience and feel this is worth the money.

I love my Toshiba Fire TV, with its beautiful crisp picture and great sound. It has multiple HDMIs and with having Roku/Amazon apps, I no longer need the usb sticks. Would recommend.

I had such a pleasant man come and bring my tv. He was very knowledgeable about it. He kept me updated when he was going to be arriving and where he was at in his schedule.

Bought this for my printer. When my printer quit working, Geek squad assessed it and gave me a brand new one. I was back in business the same day!
