Great people and great help they answered all my questions right away

setting up my new television and mount purchase along with my install appt. at my home for my telelvision was easy with the help of the Best Buy Customer Service Representative Margie.

No mounting was done. Customer will do it themself.

This warranty covers my new TV for 5 years! While many see these warranties as a waste of money, I would rather not take the chance on having to buy a new replacement, as my last TV stopped working after 3 years. Good investment!

Love the people. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Only problem was that when my daughter broke my tv from hitting it they said that warranty doesn’t cover things like that.

Its totally worth the extra money. I get with each purchase With 2 kids and 7 nieces and nephews it feels good knowing that none of the parents will have a heart attack when one of our kids inevitably breaks something and any of our homes. Plus the replacement aspect is hassle free!

Have not used as of yet for the TV product. Nor have I used for any purchases. However if something were defective or to go bad, this is a must have for repair or replacement.

This insurance is awesome. Twice I've had to replace televisions with this insurance and they were completely covered.

Haven’t had any issues with the tv to use it but for the reviews that o have seen should be a great service I always look @ the review and it sounds great

Seemed like an excellent offer to protect and investment like this TV.

Havent needed it yet but i feel good having it in case i do.

My grandson mounted my TV on the wall. When the TV was delivered, I was shown how it operates. I'm very pleased.

Have not taken advantage of this yet but the price was reasonable. we have electrical outages and i wanted to be protected in case there was some damage to our recently purchased television during an outage. again I thought the price was very fair. I would recommend it to any one.

I mounted the TV Myself but the people were very helpful with all the advice they gave me, I appreciate all the recommendations and good energy I was given
