    Bought a new tv, and decided to get the geek squad protection. I have not had to use it yet, but it gives you a piece of mind knowing you have extra warranty. Best Buy has excellent geek quad techs, so worth the money.

    I had a TV that went out and I needed to get it replaced. I called geek squad and they came out and replaced my TV for me so I do recommend getting a protection plan.

    Buying a warrantee is like car insurance when you need it you’re glad it’s there when your product doesn’t have an issue you’re glad it doesn’t but you kind of feel like you wasted your money.

    Have never had to use this other than once and it was prompt and effective service. Geek Squad technician knowledge levels are actually pretty good and my theory is to buy a model level down and pay for the extended warranty through this service

    Worth the money if you spend more than $600 on a TV. Also 55" TV or larger they come to you to fix it.
