    Money well spent to have a five year protection plan on expensive equipment. It's like insurance to cover those items you can't afford to lose.

    Many people say that the warranty is not worth it, but if the price is low enough... then it's just a little more insurance worth a piece of mind to me.

    When my tv failed I called in the geek squad. Each one was super nice. But. They misdiagnosed, lost the replacement parts, ordered the wrong parts. Also it’s hard to get an appointment. One customer service rep said they were understaffed and some people have to suffer a little bit. It was a month without my tv. Finally they just replaced it. Haven’t installed the new one yet. Fingers crossed.
