Picked the geek squad protection with my new 70 inch TV. Can’t go wrong with this warranty. Hopefully I don’t ever need to use it but the cost is definitely worth the cost. I bought the new Tv due to an accident with my old tv that would have been covered if I had this service in the 1st place…

Geek Squad is the best. So helpful transferring old computer data to new and explaining the new Windows system.

I have used the Geek Squad several times and they have come through for me, so they are nice to have as back-up.

Its nice to know if some thing go's wrong I'm covered, I don't have to worry.

I have been a long-time customer. My tablet was damaged I opened the package and dropped it, screen cracked and the service I received went so smoothly. I glad I had ins. coverage, but your geek squad took care of my purchase. I give them a 4-star rating because there's always room for improvement. We haven't used this service yet, we'd like to have them set up our Direct TV to come through our TV remote, but don't want to spend $99 to have them come out. I feel like we really didn't really need this service.

Great TV. Purchased 2 year Protection Plan. Lightning strike damaged TV 2 months before expiration of Protection Plan. TV will be replaced under the Plan. GREAT DEAL!

I normally stay away from the additional protection services on any products I purchase, but this one really saved my butt. I bought a floor model of a large screen high definition TV. Over time, I noticed thick lines on the screen and discoloration. It was most noticeable when there wasn't much action on the screen and if large areas pf solid colors were displayed. As it turned out, the LED screen was showing remnants of the demo mode screens that would run constantly in the store. The protection plan allowed me to get %100 of my purchase price back, providing it was spent at Best Buy. I ended up getting a new 55" TV.
