When spending a high dollar amount on a TV I definitely would recommend getting the geek squad protection, you better protect your investment.

Standard Geek Squad Protection Plan gives me peace of mind with my TV purchase. Incase anything should go wrong I can rely on support from Bestbuy. I will keep buying TVs from Bestbuy to have the security of this plan.

Have not needed it. Hoping not need it either. Great piece of mind!

Price was reasonable due to low cost of equipment (tv) that it supposedly protects. Will see in the future how BestBuy applies the extended protection if needed.

Best buy has always been great with my purchases. This 5 year warranty for my new high definition TV is solid.

Staff is very friendly they always try to find a better solution , they make you happy with the final result

Although I have not had to use this yet....and hopefully not ever, I was kinda disappointed at purchase time. I expected some papers describing where and who to contact - at least an email. If I ever have to use it, I will need to chase down the paperwork. Overall did not get a warm-fuzzy on this service.

Bought the full protection plan for Sony 78 inch large screen 4K model. The technology is pretty new and this provides some security for the large investment.

Got this when I bought new flat screen TV didnt have it when we bought our first flat screen that tv didnt last long. This time if there is problems it will be covered.
