    Love this Samsung brand! The picture quality I second to none and this deal came at a perfect time. My brother and sister’s tv broke and this the perfect replacement option. You won’t be disappointed.

    I would never not have this extended warranty. I’ve used it many times and it made me feel very confident to continue to purchase these by the way they handle problems.

    This is a great (refundable) option if you want protection. Bought it for my last TV and when we relocated and left the TV behind, Best Buy prorated my refund and I got a good chunk of change back, so my warranty fee wasn't wasted on something I no longer owned! Great way to go for peace of mind protection.

    If you buy electronics that are more than 1000 dollars, you should have this protection. I have used it twice and it was easy to get a replacement both times. Figure after a year, the television you had will be outdated and if something happens, you will get something that is comparable.

    I had a five-year plan on my previous TV which went up unexpectedly. It took a couple weeks to have the TV looked at but they found it done. When they issued the replacement they gave me full value towards the new one. I actually upgraded my TV from the 50 inch switch died to a new 55 inch same brand for about 30 bucks!

    Very excellent and great work. I took in my laptop computer that was all messed up and yes they fixed the problem and it didn’t take long. If you don’t have it get it.

    Nice alternative to the usual one year warranty. We had a laptop we bought once that didn’t have it and the screen stopped working just out of warranty. In the long run, it’s worth the extra charge for peace of mind.

    So I mainly purchased this so I could get a warranty and let professionals install our ridiculously expensive entertainment system. Well we have had nothing but issues. So... had to get a replacement TV (Sony - 85" Class X950G), wifi disabled completely, fine whatever. They reinstalled the new one, cool. Definitive speakers (High-Performance 10" 3-way Tower Speaker) constantly pop even when the TV is not even on. Our Logitech remote (Harmony Elite) has issues switching inputs/devices almost every single time we use it. Only when using the smart TV apps it randomly shuts off with the Receiver (Pioneer - Elite 9.2-Ch). Geek squad has been out twice since installation, can't figure out why the smart tv/receiver turns off by itself, can't figure out why speakers always pop, and did absolutely nothing to the smart remote... still have all the same issues over 6 months later. Wife wants to return everything back if we could.

    I experienced a few issues with my five year old 4K LG, and Geek Squad personnel were very diligent about resolving them. The pleasant experience with Geek Squad personnel made the five year Protection Plan on my Sony XR65A95K an easy decision.
