Geek Squad rules! I always buy GS with my purchases because it’s better to be safe than sorry.

It works great and the picture quality is great. It was easy to setup in less than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this television.

Had to get a new tv after the other one died in less than 2 years. The installers called first, arrived on time and were very efficient. They worked well in my home. Spent time explaining all features. Synced the tv with my sound system and fire stick. AND they cleaned up after themselves. Great experience all around.

Great service. They chose to replace my tv rather than fix. Got an upgraded tv at no additional cost. Team that brought the new tv to my home was very punctual and communicative through the process. Highly recommend

I hope I don't use this service but it seemed cheap to buy the insurance just to be safe.

I've started putting Geek Squad protection on everything. There have been a couple times, especially with my desktop computer, where it was very helpful to have their expertise. If its an expensive purchase I just do it. I find the Geek Squad staff to be very helpful and already having a protection plan can really cut down on the cost of fixing a problem.

Haven't had to use yet, but it is a great value to buy with electronics

We had purchased a brand new Samsung TV last year and just one month after the one year warranty expired, the TV went caput. Thankfully, we had extended warranty with our credit card company who gave us our full refund to purchase a new TV with a 5 year Geek Squad Protection Plan that we had to use just three weeks after purchase. Highly recommend protection, today, as nothing can be sure to lasts like they once did.

Geek Squad came in and took care of me by doing a Sony Triage. They submitted a claim on my behalf and were able to get me a replacement confirmation code to have my current TV exchanged.

I always purchase the Geek Squad protection on consumer electronics if the cost of the product is substantial, or if the protection provides for cleaning, replacement, etc. I have used Geek Squad protection a couple of times and was satisfied to receive a replacement product through the local store without having to wait for one to be shipped from a replacement service center, or having to wait for the non-functioning product to be evaluated.
