[Employee of bestbuy] Geek squad serviced my tv. Weren’t able to fix so they gave me store credit for old tv and I was able to purchase a new tv for no cost. Awesome!

Always a good idea. Murphy’s Law never disappears. Decent price for lots of peace that you are covered just in case.

Well, I haven’t had the need to use the service as yet, but when I do I will be expecting to be satisfied.

Luckily having purchased Sony i have not had to utilize my Geek Squad warranty.

Its a great service and i would do it again but my needs have changed.

I have always had great service from the Geek Squad, no matter which Best Buy Store I go into. The personnel working the Geek squad have consistently proved to me that they are experts on correcting problems with my computer. I have appreciated the low cost of my annual agreement which allows me unlimited visits to the Geek Squad to ask questions or to obtain service for my products.

Really nice because they will fix the issue there. Peace of mind you are covered

I purchased the Geek Squad protection because I've unfortunately had to use it once before on a 75" TV which was only a year old. The process was quite easy and I received an extremely equitable resolution.

Geek squad protection is the one reason I will always buy my electronics from Best Buy.

Depending on the cost, the extended warranties can be a life-saver. You have to weight the cost of the plan verses the cost of the product and the likelihood of failure...I almost always buy them.

Geek squad is a great option to add on your electronics. I use them for years already and always works for me. The good thing is after 3 or 4 years if it breaks they will give you the store card and you just get back on again with new toy.

If you're getting something expensive, grab this and save yourself some money and headache in the long run. Remember these appliances arent made to last forever.

Purchased Geek Squad fixed my flat screen TV. There was a problem which was fixed for free by Geek Squad. Took multiple visits but TV did work between visits just with some features not working.

I purchased a samsung 4k TV back in August of 2016 and out of nowhere it went out in January in 2021. Luckily I had a 5 year product replacement plan on the TV. I was able to have the TV replaced and was given a full refund by best buy.

Love the piece of mind. This is for eighteen year old granddaughter. Gaming, movies, constant use. Protection gives piece of mind

I purchased this extended warranty because it covers parts and labor as well as in home repair. Even covers damage from lightning! One repair in the five year coverage and it will pay for itself.
