I have been very pleased wth the protection plan I've purchased for every product I've purchased. Two tvs, two wireless speaker, refrigerator have all been replaced or credited to a gift card. The refund to the gift cards is what I didn't like, hence the four stars. I wish they would refund the credit card!

Why would you buy a $1200 TV and not put a coverage on it is the real question. I’ve been purchasing Best Buy service plans for years I’ve exercised some others I never had to redeem, they are well worth it.

I was very satisfied with the additional coverage offered at a reasonable price to me in store when I purchased my vizio television. I highly recommend the additional coverage to ensure your tv is protected against product defect or failure.

Best warranty for TV's (covers burn-in). Only downside is that the price of the warranty is based on the TV's purchase price. I was unable to get a price adjustment on the warranty, even after getting a price adjustment on the TV (TV went on sale during my return/exchange period)

This was my most valuable purchase yet at Best Buy. I couldn’t have gotten a better deal elsewhere. I got the 5yr plan on top of it!

Have used Geek squad protection before and never has an issue.

The last tv we got outlived the warranty by just a few months, always go with the longer plan. No regrets

I have purchased this for the past 3 tv's I bought and have had to use them. These skinny flat screen tv's aren't made to be fixed.

Excellent insurance for a product. I go to them outside of product purchase too. Always quick, knowledgeable, professional and kind.

Purchased to go along with a 50 inch Insignia TV. Thankfully have not needed to use but it's nice knowing it's there.

The Geek Squad has been there for every and any problem I have had with any purchase from Best Buy. It is easy to make an appointment with them and they always meet the scheduled time.

Havent had to use it. But i will find out because the picture on the TV is cutting out and i may need ro use this warranty.
