Greek crew hasn't been used yet, waiting for tomorrow

Makes purchasing a pricey item feel good knowing that if any should happen your gadget is protected and guaranteed checked, repaired or even replaced.

Well worth it considering most new TV’s only last 5-7 years tops. This way I am covered and can maybe save money in long run.

Haven't had to use the ins., but the peace of mind is there. Really inexpensive for the 5 yr plan. Thanks Best Buy.

The two guys went above and beyond I had a TV upstairs I wanted to take it downstairs to the rec room and they did it with no issues and they happily did it and it was they did a great job and I really appreciate it both my wife and I are handicapped so with them doing that really made our life easier

Mr Nadeau and the other Geek Squad gentleman took down our older smart Tv, and mounted our new Tv using the same Tv mount as we previously had. They alsohooked up our Surround sound, Blu Ray player and our new streaming service. Very professional, friendly answering our questions. They also hauled away our old TV

Repair man came out today to check out my TV not holding antenna channels. Great not to have to pay for the trip.

Purchased for a new Sony TV. Why? My view is the technology has advanced far enough for "fixed location" electronic items, especially TV/Video displays that the manufacturers should include at least 5 year warranty other than accidental damage. They don't. Best Buy through the Geek Squad gives you what manufactures should; extended warranty. Knowing I'm covered for failure of the product and don't have to lug it back to the store is "sleep insurance." Haven't had to use it on the Sony, but a laptop I bought, we south on me under the Geek Squad warranty and the replacement was no hassle. Even got a slightly newer model of the same product (Lenovo) as my model wasn't available. No hassle. I know some have complained about Geek Squad service, but my view is it's a local issue, not one of the program, and I've never had an issue with level of service with my chosen store (I have 3 I can get to in about the same time).

Thankfully hadn't had to use it as of yet but I have a toddler so it's only a matter of time and they're super helpful with questions

Peace of mind insurance. I hope to never have to use it. If I do I hope they deliver as promised. Rating is based on future promises. Seemed realistically positive.

To have extra protection on your product and the cost effectively of the extra warranty is very good

5 years protection is a great thing to have if anything happens within 5 years i can have the tv fixed and that's great service

I've used Geek Squad twice. The first time they repaired my television on site (my home), the technicians both times brought their own folding tables and cloths to my residence, the second time the parts were no longer available so the technician had Best Buy credit me for a replacement Television. I highly recommend this service. I just bought a 50" bedroom TV (Dec 12, 2023), and guess what I added on as a Just In Case...Geek Squad coverage! My thanks and respect to all of the unsung technicians that Best Buy utilizes to make their warranty incredible.

This why i get my electronics from Best Buy because of Geek Squad. I don't have to send it off anywhere. And i absolutely love that.
