Extended the warranty on the TV brings some security with it, lucky haven't had to use it.

We don't usually buy the warranties for our products but this was just expensive enough to warrant it. Our previous electronics had an issue that were covered and Best Buy is good about replacing items.

I'd recommend Geek squad protection on any TV. Crazy things happen whether it's storming & lightning or just bought the "bad Apple" TV. GSP covers it
