Guys came on time very polite and had manners asked me where this item was going and brought it in offered to give me a hand with putting up but I was in a bit of rush so decline their help.

I haven’t needed to use it this product but I am confident due to past experience that if I do there will be no problem.

I am a warranty type of person. I have had to use the geek squad warranty on a previous television. I was really glad that I had it. The IT tried to walk me through a few things and found that the peace that was no longer working was not replaceable so we ended up with a brand new TV. Without the warranty and having access to a service rep, I don’t think we would have known how to fix it. Plus, the fact that they no longer made the part to fix it, we would’ve been out of luck.

I think this is on my sound bar and hopefully I will never have to use it but glad to have peace of mind knowing if I do I can bring it in and they will take care of it.

Already saved me money. Worked on my TV and found it was not fixable. Sent me a new one and removed myvold TV. Thank you geek squad.

I had the warranty form my 50" TV; first time I've opted for a warranty. Glad I had it. Picture went and they refunded full amount in credit at Best Buy. Purchased a 43" Samsung for bedroom and purchased another warranty. Great service and response from the 'squad.'

It's also the least-expensive service I've tested and includes a license for top-notch security software. Geek Squad technicians, on the whole, delivered the best results among the services tested, and they didn't pester me to purchase additional products.

The agents mounted my TV, it was done very efficiently and well placed. They were professional and answered all my questions. Even gave me a few suggestions, appreciate their time and tips.

I haven’t had to use this yet but I’m hoping it’s as great as the TV is. I’ve had this kind of protection for a laptop and it was very good.

Before I went to the store, I was going to buy on Amazon and get a three-year warranty for 2999 but when I went to the store for $10 more I got a five-year warranty and they would come to my house to fix it so it was a better deal

BestBuy comes to your house to fix your TV, unless it's smaller than 50".... if they can't fix it, they will replace it with the same TV or like technology... or a gift card and you can pick something else out. Get the protection plan, protect your investment... you're welcome.

My last TV died in about 4 years, I am relieved to have the protection plan. The Geek squad was very helpful in trying fix the TV.

Especially in the world of electronics, this protection is the best insurance...
