    Geek Squad replaced my TV with an easy process.

    Having this is what saved me from having to pay for a TV that I purchased for two years that broke on its own. Geek Squad replaced my prior TV quickly and the process was simple. The best TV ever.

    Purchased this TV over a year for the sole purpose of gaming with my PS5. I have not been disappointed! Excellent picture quality and the frame refresh rate is amazing! I would definitely buy again!

    Perfect Dorm Room Size Smart Television! Purcahsed for a new college goer and its loved. Geek Squad hasnt had to be used yet but its always great to have extra protection. Purchased because its better go be safe than sorry.

    This offer adds great peace of mind, i know anytime in 5 yeats if my new tv malfuntions for ANY reason the tv will be repaired or replaced for a one time fee at purchase. That is a huge weight off my mind!

    Bought for an insignia 43" non-smart TV - hope Best Buy and Insignia are listening because not everyone uses a smart TV and like the privacy of a non smart to add a Roku to control what a manufacturer can discover. But the 5 year geek squad I probably won't need. I like the store brand better than others.

    If you use any sound bar besides Roku if you use the ARC connection and your remote controls your soundbar and the TV your volume will jump three to four increments at a time. If you use the optical you have to use a remote for each one, and if you use the auxiliary cord which is low quality sound it's fine

    They are dependable and honest. The weak spot is most everything is sent out for repairs post diagnosis that can't be repaired in house. If parts are available you'll get it done in house as soon possible. Outside with a backlog, it can mean months. Ask the Geek Squad what manufacturer of interest gives the best performance and has the least chance for return when you intend to buy. You can do that with a chat on line.

    These warranties are 100% worth the money! I bought a Sony A9G in 11/2020 and it died 11/2022, because of the warranty Best Buy gave me $1800 for the A9G, $100 less than I paid 2 years ago, plus I got to keep my A9G despite its pixel issue. I put the money towards the A95K and bought another 5 year warranty! If you spend $2000+ on a tv, it’s worth it.

    Extended warranty, two thumbs up

    Happy with the extended warranty. The last tv started having problems just outside the factory warranty and as a piece of mind it was nice having the extended warranty. The tech’s came and checked out the old tv and determined that it was unrepairable. So the upgraded my tv with the newer model and I kept the same warranty.

    As I age, and I am just shy of 70 now, it gets more difficult to keep up with computer advances and time saving shortcuts. This is just a small part of what The Geek Squad can help you with. Of course, there is the rare event when an electronic device actually malfunctions, and this is the obvious time to get their help. However, the more often need for these people is when you cannot seem to get the hang of specific sequences of procedures or when some device really doesn't work as it is supposed to.

    We had Andrew from the Geek Squad come to our home to set up out new TV and sound bar. He was wonderful!! He answered all our “senior” questions and helped us feel comfortable with using the new technology. He was knowledgeable, accommodating, listened and answered our questions, and was professional. He told us we could call him if we had any additional questions which we have done. He was very patient with us. He made us feel comfortable with our new purchase. Wonderful!!!
