The greatest thing about the Geek Squad is that wherever I have used them they have always worked things out. And always there if needed.

Gives peace of mind on a major TV investment and has always been super easy to work with.

I always get the extended warranty on the higher price electrical items because the two times I have had to use it they did not give me any hassle at all. One of the items was a vacuum and because it was non fixable and no longer stocked (three years old) they gave me my full purchase price back on a gift card. Also other places make you use the manufacture warranty the first year before the extended warranty kicks in, but the geek squad protection handles all that for you.

You cannot go wrong with having peace of mind that if anything goes wrong with your product that it will be fixed or replaced. I have not had to use Geek Squad as of yet and hopefully I never will. One thing I did hear about the Geek Squad Protection is that replacement value of purchase goes down every year. For example if i purchased a $1000 tv and a 5 year warranty and after 3 years I start having problem and they cannot fix it and have to replace it. I will only get a credit of $400 towards a new Tv. I don't know how true that is but I did hear that from a BB employee.

The agents were knowledgeable and helped me get the tv I wanted even though it was out of stock. The agents ordered it for me and it took less then 3 days.

This protection plan has been a real life saver in the past. Now, I buy the plans for most of my purchases from Best Buy!

Geek Squad Protection is a must have on basically anything with how useful it is

Bought for an insignia 43" non-smart TV - hope Best Buy and Insignia are listening because not everyone uses a smart TV and like the privacy of a non smart to add a Roku to control what a manufacturer can discover. But the 5 year geek squad I probably won't need. I like the store brand better than others.

Overall a great TV with a high quality image. Removed 1 star for a slightly awkward home screen and a remote that doesn't include a microphone to search for things via voice command.

It was super easy to sign up for an account before I made my purchase of a brand new tv. Best Buy made that easy for me. A place where I go for all my appliances and electronic needs. They're so friendly and always quick to help. I love my Best Buy

I haven't had to use this yet, thankfully. Bought this coverage with a brand new LG OLED TV. Seemed like a practical buy given the price of the tv.

If you use any sound bar besides Roku if you use the ARC connection and your remote controls your soundbar and the TV your volume will jump three to four increments at a time. If you use the optical you have to use a remote for each one, and if you use the auxiliary cord which is low quality sound it's fine

Geek squad protection at a price that was reasonable to the price of the item purchased. One of those thing you buy that you hope you never have to use. But there is peace of mind knowing it's there to protect our new TV.

I am usually not a warranty guy, but I finally overcame my fears and got an OLED TV and this is one time I felt the cost was justified. Turns out Best Buy's warranty is the only one in the business that covers burn-in! I was so afraid to get an OLED< but with the peace of mind this gives me I am able to enjoy gaming and movies on the best TV I have ever laid eyes on. If the dreaded burn-in happens, Best Buy has my back.

The Geek Squad were amazing. I'm not an idiot! I have hooked up many systems before. But the new speakers that I could never get great sound out of them. The Squad hooked them up properly and made system easy to navigate easily between different units in the system. The TV was crisp and they did it all quickly too! It had been frustrating to have these great speakers but not be able to enjoy them as I can now. I had 6 yrs of college! You'd think I coulda figured it out!

The crew that came out to do the install were very polite, and neat. Had a problem with one of the products (component was damaged) they took care of it without any problems, In the past I would do my our install, but for the money it was well worth it, before they left they made sure all components worked to my satisfaction, will use them again, Thank you Best Buy and Sterling
