    Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I went in with a warranty/return and they helped out right away with no issues whatsoever. Thank you for all the help and making it easy!

    Thomas and Arthur were the Best Buy representatives that we have dealt with since February 4 other than our sales person, Kiera. They were efficient, professional, and shared their knowledge of all the products. They were patient with us explaining different phases of the TV and the remote. Thomas was Especially very helpful. Kudos to Best Buy for having both men on your team.

    The protection plans are great and the geeks are the best. The other Best Buy customer service personnel (telephone) are horrible, it is bad enough that if Best Buy does not fix that aspect of their customer service it will start to (if it already hasn't) turn customers away. I have already sold all my BB stock due to I am not sure that they care enough to fix what is broken.

    Definitely worth investing in. I had an issue with a previous model of my Oled and I was able to exchange and grab a larger screen for a very low cost!

    The geek squad technicians that came to my home to service my tv were very good. However, the customer service on the phone, scheduling (a 12 HOUR WINDOW) and the lack of follow through (being told someone will call me back or email me) from the escalation team and never hearing from anyone. And being told that there must be 3 SERVICE CALLS (not including diagnostic ones) in order for them to replace the broken tv) made this a very bad customer service experience.

    Absolutely excellent decision as my TV needed a repair within 12months and completely replaced within 24months. WARRANTY was well worth it as the service was great and the replacement went so smoothly that we had new TV on the wall within 3days.

    No hassles when TV failed

    We bought this for our previous TV. It failed just a few months before the protection expired. I called the Geek Squad, described the issue and he told me it was not repairable and I could exchange at the store. We bought a more expensive TV and only had to pay the difference. Very smooth and easy transaction. And very much worth buying on expensive items.
