    Definitely recommend getting this for large purchases. I've never needed to use it. But it definitely is a peace of mind. I know people that have used it. I have a family member that Is a best buy manager and they fully recommend it as it does pay for itself most tye time

    With a tv that didn’t fit in my car, they helped dearly with getting the return pushed back out (has to be rechecked by tech) and put it on hold til I could come back for my open box purchase! They, the first gentleman I spoke to on the phone to make the purchase & the whole best buy team at the location I visited helped amazingly!!!

    Geek squad delivered and set up my Hisense 75” mini led tv. They arrived on time, was very professional and informative and please t to work with. Would use them again for my next tv.
