When my tv failed I called in the geek squad. Each one was super nice. But. They misdiagnosed, lost the replacement parts, ordered the wrong parts. Also it’s hard to get an appointment. One customer service rep said they were understaffed and some people have to suffer a little bit. It was a month without my tv. Finally they just replaced it. Haven’t installed the new one yet. Fingers crossed.

protection is a must around my home with a teenager that uses alllll his devices

I haven't used there services yet, but its always good to have insurance on expensive things.

I have Geek Squad protection on all my electronics and they take care of them to my satisfactions.

Geek squad came out to the house with no problem Repair the hard drive cleaned up the mess and left out quickly

I would totally get the warranty thanks to me having warranty on my previous tv I was able to get my money back and get a new tv thanks again!

Always get protection incase your device malfunctions.

Although I have not had to use this yet....and hopefully not ever, I was kinda disappointed at purchase time. I expected some papers describing where and who to contact - at least an email. If I ever have to use it, I will need to chase down the paperwork. Overall did not get a warm-fuzzy on this service.

geek squad is always a must on big ticket purchases imo

Just had geek squad give a gift card to replace my four year Samsung that died. Worth the money, won’t buy anything without geek squad.

I always buy the extended warranty as products don’t last like they did long ago.

Awesome price and it trulu holds up to a 50inche tv.....
