Please listen to the BestBuy sales person when they talk to of this amazing plan, I had at first immediately shut him down and didn’t let him explain, I was wrong and should of been open and heard him out. When I got home and my order had to be changed because of availability and pricing, I found a great deal for Geek squad included in the add on suggestions so I added into the cart to see what it would do. I was in desperate and FAST need of replacing broken down kitchen appliances in a nee to me home because within a year I had no working fridge or oven Holy moly! I saved so much more on installation and haul away then I did on the geek squad plan itself! And 4 months later when my garbage disposal ALSO died, I used the plan to have that delivered and installed! And I still have 7 months left on my plan! Thank you BestBuy for such a great service

I mean, havent had to use it yet. But have confidence that there is some coverage for 100" tv. Price was reasonable (because tv price was reasonable too)

Get this when you buy! We've had our tv for awhile now, remote stopped working (the dog maaaay have chewed on it) and boom, they're giving us a free remote. Also, since our tv is over a certain size, if anything goes wrong with it, they'll come to our house to fix!

Always buy the warranty with electronics. I regret buying this Roku tv and will buy a better brand next time.

5 week days to wait first tim then needed parts tell that after 3 days then another 5 days for a tv when the troubles is over for this tv i wont buy nothing from best buy maybe 30 miles away is too much for a store and geek squad leaves a lot to be desired i bougt the same tv thru amazon i should of kept it

So we got this after debating several monitor choices for our new PC, and I'm so glad I decided to grab this. It's great for gaming, okay for office work, incredible for watching shows and movies. It's only 42 inches, which is small for me for movies, but the quality is out of this world. I usually go for soundbars/speakers right away but I found the built in speakers to be manageable for now. Love it!

Fortunately have only had to use the geek squad service a handful of times, but when I do they were quick to act and was a very pleasant and easy experience.

Thank you for all your help in removing the huge program on my computer and not making fun of my really old lap top! Yes I will be in soon to get an new one.

Well worth it for certain item levels. Very useful option for peace of mind. Since Samsung doesn't think much of their products and provide a minimal warranty I got this to be safe. My last tv has lasted well but the next one failed in less than 2 yrs. I Showed them the issues and they instantly gave me full credit of purchase price. Too bad they don't consider a sale price when giving credit. I had to pay out a little over $100 to get an exact replacement with the current model since there were no sales at the time.
