The agents came and mounted my tv. no issue. only wished i kept the box for when it was time to move. i had the samsung mount that allowed swivel and tilt feature. instead of them cutting the wall to hide the cords I order the cord covered from amazon and did it myself and it was neat. the sound bar covered the area you couldn't tell

Love this option, too many Items like to go bad within a few months of the Manufacture warranty and this is worth the peace of mind

Best Buy’s Geek Squad is one of the best computer repair services. They offer a variety of services including virus removal, data recovery, and hardware repair. They also offer a 24/7 support hotline for customers who need help outside of normal business hours .

Hopefully I don’t need to use this but it doesn’t hurt to be protected. If you’re going to spend money to buy something, pay a little more for service and don’t worry if it malfunctions. You’re covered.

When we moved a few months ago, we had them come out and install our 2 TV's again (they had done it when they were new in our previous home). We came upon a problem with the sound bar and it had to be replaced (under extended warranty). Best Buy was fantastic to deal with and the employees made it really easy for us to make the exchanges and come once again to hook the remaining pieces up. I would highly suggest it!!!!

LG s65Q(5D) sound bar/ sub review. Junk with the tv. It doesn’t get anywhere near loud enough. I adjusted every single setting on my 6 month old Samsung tv that was over 1k. I went into the app. Nothing works. Sounds great in music mode. it doesn’t get anywhere near loud enough with the TV with an HDMI or optical cable.

Did not use to install, bought for the Extended warranty

I almost always buy GS for electronics purchases. It's a no brainer. Ease of return/replacement is worth much more than the price of the protection. It's saved me hundreds of dollars a few times.

I have only had to use Geek Squad only once. My experience was superior. Answered my question and helped me within 10 minutes. Found I had a bad Soundbar. Return to store for free replacement with no hassle. I would not buy anything these days without support and extended warranty these days. I use to never buy this support, but I found out this is good investment and peace of mind.

Technology is improving every day; however, there is always one that has defects.

Purchasing this extended warranty does provide a sense of comfort. I feel assured that if I have any issues, everything will be ok!

Good price for years definitely worth getting for things you wanna keep for long term use

I've had issues with unit in the past here, will see what happen now here. Always got to go to store to get service here due to the installer having issues with me in the past when calling 24 service line. Than told get Geeks Squad at store to come to home witch I never have a issue with them. They always say can't understand why the installer did what he did getting me black balled from receiving service at my home through 24 service line for Geeks Squad here. Now mind you its been over 10 years and still get the same story here when calling for service here.
