We've recently had some issues with our TV. We purchased the Geek Squad warranty which has definitely paid off. Geeks were courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and careful when fixing our issue and remounting our very large TV.

The agent Trevor was very knowledgeable and did the job quickly.

I always buy geek squad protection for all my products purchased if given that option-if I have ever had any issues with a product I simply have returned it and have gotten a new product.

Best Buy extended warranties are the only ones I routinely purchase. I’ve used them to repair/replace TV’s and other expensive electronics and appliances for years.

Have not needed to use it so far, but wouldn't want to be without it in the event a high dollar piece of equipment I purchased through Best Buy were to fail outside of the customary one year manufacturers warranty. Especially if they're coming to my place to fix it.

I took my laptop and the geek squad help me out Call me in the time it was promise to hand in.

These plans are good assurance in case something goes wrong! Now that Total Tech is an option, I would look into that instead.

Definitely recommend protecting your products when shopping at Best Buy.

Always helpful if something should go wrong and manufacturers warranty does not cover.
