Hey, look. You just spent a whole bunch of money on something you expect to hold onto for a long time. Doesn't it just make sense to spend a liiiiiiittle more and make sure you don't have to go out of pocket to fix or replace it if something goes wrong in year two or three? Yeah, it totally does.

Purchased receiver for family member after his same model shorted out. Great quality but limited hook-ups for additional speakers makes it just "ok" in my opinion. Bluetooth is nice when connecting phone but would like to see receivers adapt more with Bluetooth speaker technology. Definitely buy the geek squad plan. Was actually pretty cheap for the 4 year plan.

overall the sound quality is very good for such a small device, but will be best for smaller rooms and lol living rooms, also pairing it with Sonos satellite speakers will give you a more vibrant experience.

In general, I have never been a huge fan of extended protection plans, but I have to say that Geek Squad goes out of its way to get service plan customers up and running when covered issues occur. A quick call or visit to Geek Squad and help is on the way.

I have always purchased this and have always been pleased with the coverage and the geek squad response to any issues.

I never used to buy extended warranties or service contracts until one time my laptop broke at the very end of a warranty and Best Buy gave me a new laptop entirely… definitely worth the investment up front.

The protection package is worth it. My son had a pair of $300 headphones that went bad after 18 months, he brought them in and Geek Squad/Best Buy replaced them for no charge. For certain items I highly recommend Geek Squad protection.

I have been a Best Buy customer since the early 2000s. I have this plan on almost all electronics and appliances I buy. I have had great success working with Best Buy and Geek Squad when things go wrong. Friendly and accommodating.

It’s a great receiver. Produces great sound, giving options of different modes. You can do full surround with Dolby to 2 channel for music. Regular television, 4K Solby atmos to playing vinyl records sound great.

Live the soundbar with my LG tv. Sounds great. Connects great app is awesome.
