I have always purchased the Geek squad service plans at the maximum length on any purchase over $250. I have used their service in numerous occasions, and it's always easy, fast and solid work.

Geek Squad protection goes on just about everything I get from Best Buy's audio/visual products. For those few times when things go wrong, the people at Geek Squad are great to work with and I have never had problems.

Good to know I have four years of coverage if needed.

The agent called and arrived promptly as scheduled. It took him less than an hour to connect the new receiver to the TV, cable, surround sound system, including calibrating to all the speakers. Great job and works well.

ALWAYS GET GEEK SQUAD BECAUSE THEY ARE GREAT!!! seriously geek squad is great and never had an issue with them. Every time I've had to use it they either will fix or give me the money I paid for it to get a replacement

Geek Squad there for you am telling you. Just pick up the phone and call 1 (800) 433-5778 they will replace your item with ease or get you something at equal value. I remember when I was unprotected it didn't end will.
