I always purchase geek squad protection with any of my purchases. Haven't always had a problem but when I do it's great to have the comfort of knowing that my item will be fixed or replaced.

I really hope don't have to use it for my equipment because if I do means it got damage, although a safety net measure for the investment.

Protection plan is a must when spending a good buck for a high end receiver! I highly recommend purchasing the plan for peace of mind!

Geek Squad transferred my old laptop to the newly purchased one, then assisted installation of CD software via their external drive.

since I am not very tech savy at all, I prefer to leave it up the pros to make minor (or major) repairs. and with my luck, if something can go wrong, it most certainly will.
