    It’s ok Service is mediocre, I mean what do you really expect a high school student to really help you with trouble shooting, pretty much only good for we’re sorry we can’t fix it but we will send it out to get serviced, product just get rebooted doesn’t really solve anything until they get you a replacement

    Over all use is pretty simple. Nothing too complicated about how to use the apps or where to find them. I wish you could customize the apps more and save/ delete what you want. The only problem I have with it is that it makes us log into Amazon and Hulu every time. It is getting annoying. I am not sure why it is doing this. Other then that it is pretty good.
