    I have little kids who are coming of age and want to do everything themselves. This means loading the DVD player. Welp, they broke it and we didn’t have a warranty the first time around. Lesson learned.

    I feel comfortable knowing I have coverage. I haven't had to use it up to this point. Hopefully, when I do need to use it, I will find no difficulties or told my problem is not covered. Time will tell.
