Great deal they are always there when needed they where able to fix my pc which was bought before I become a member they also setup my tv

I couldn’t use all the parts because my car wasn’t manufactured to have the controls in the steering wheel but the rear worked out great.

The Geek Squad protection plan is very nice. You have no worries about fixing or replacing your product.

fortunately have not had to make use of this as of this writing, and hoping that I will not have to-would not be without ext warranty

Never get anything at Best Buy without getting the Geek Squad Protection. It's so wonderful and even if I don't use it on one item it's still way worth it on the items I do have to use it for!

Previously I would never buy an extended warranty but decided to get the advanced warranty which covers repair and trouble shooting and I'm glad I did. They have been very helpful.

i been using geek squad for very long time and they always fix my products for me at my local store i always go. only thing is pricey

Very much needed. When considering the price of the television I purchased and how much it would cost to repair, it was a no brainer.

Overall good protection plan all together for what it’s worth.

I purchased the 2-year protection because in the past month I had to replace a blue-ray player and a firestick. Both "died" after approximately 1 year and I didn't have the protection. The cost of the protection is insignificant compare to replacement costs.

for me it is important to have it, electronic equipment has no word of honor and this is peace of mind.
