Always got to have geek squad service to do your radio or system

I need to make an appointment to have you all check my door speakers in the rear to see why they are not working everything else works fine

The agents completed the set up and showed me a basic run thru with my new laptop.

Beyond disappointing. Was sold on this plan and the coverage is majorly disappointing. Item broke 10 months after purchase. Had to make appt for 4 weeks out for it to be looked at... now they have to send it away for 4 weeks. Determine if it needs to be fixed or replaced, then will have to make another appointment that I assume will be another 4-6 weeks out to get it reinstalled. So, of this item I purchased I will be without it for almost 3 months. I called, manager would not consider a better solution. I have no reason to ever shop in this store again. Placed the purchase locally to a better experience and it was terrible. 0/10

Thought we would purchase the warranty just to be on the safe side.
