So far, it seems good, although I miss having knobs as an alternative to adjusting volume, tuning, and power. But the JVC customer service has so far been atrocious. The problem was that the time on my new radio was one hour behind the actual time. They suggested that “the gps can be wrong in some areas.” That was patently absurd. Am I really supposed to believe that the gps in the capital of the biggest state in the country (the capital of a state with a GNP larger than 95% of all other countries in the world) has some kind of malfunctioning zone which never corrects itself, which follows me and only me around wherever I drive, and which never affects the GPS in any other nearby phone, radio, desktop, tablet or app? I finally decided (on my own) to check the Daylight Savings Mode. It was off…which is why the clock was one hour slow. I fixed it.

Perfect Remote Start, works far as well. I am able to heat or cool my vehicle before I enter making it so much more comfortable.

The product warranty is a great investment for anyone. For a minimal charge you get a replacement. Worth the money.

I saw this 120 dollar sub on sale for 36 dollars and it is absolutely worth every penny. If you aren't looking for anything crazy or super powerful and just want a budget option to fill in the bass on your car, this is perfect. Buying a cheap or used amp and powering this with it can make it hit as hard as a sub with a built in amp, but requires less money.

Didn’t do it . I would have if my car wasn’t so old . Only keeping it for 5 more years , so it was not necessary

I booked the install appt online. I was a little late but they still managed to fit me in and were very professional and helpful and courteous. They called when it was finished, and it took less time than they said it would. They answered my questions when I came to pick it up. They were dressed professionally and acted as such- there wasn’t loud music blaring or anyone smoking cigarettes in the install garage area Very impressed! The only con, which has nothing to do with the install, is that I didn’t realize I needed to add a tuner with the Sirius XM ready radio; it would’ve been nice if that came as an automatic add-on if you order a Sirius ready radio, kind of like the items needed to install the actual radio did, the ones that were added on when you added the radio to your online cart. When I went to get the radio installed, I was then told I needed the tuner, which I had to pay for at that time in addition to what I already pain online. But that’s not a big deal to me at all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Installed it myself in my Jeep, put in some Memphis speakers last year. The sound is pure, strong, and unbelievable for the price. I’ve always trusted Sony. Best Buy had the wire harness, antenna connection, and install kit for my vehicle, ready for pick up in about 25 minutes. Great service

Turned right on and immediately played through my amps without having to change any settings. Havent tried the Alexa feature yet, but sure it is fine. :) also happy it fit in my dash, my car has a small space in the dash for a radio.

Bought this one after the original Kicker amp was faulty, not disappointed. Easy to install and works great! Sound is awesome and it powers my 12 and all 4 interior speakers!

Came rated at 914 @ 1 Ohm. Powering a single 12” Kicker CWR. Dual 2 Ohm voice coil wired parallel. Surprised considering the price spent on sub, amp and ported enclosure from Best Buy.

Although some extended warranties are a scam, this is not. I had a problem where the front speakers started going in and out, took it in, and they fixed it without questioning or cost.

The geeks were able to help with my issues anytime something came up.
